Little Big Town is an American country music vocal group. Founded in 1998, the group has comprised the same four members since its inception: Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Jimi Westbrook, and Phillip Sweet. The quartet's musical style relies heavily on four-part vocal harmonies, with all four members alternating as lead singers, a formula similar to The Mamas and the Papas andPeter, Paul and Mary.^[1] Westbrook and Sweet also play rhythm guitar.

Pain Killer is the sixth studio album by American country music group Little Big Town. It was released on October 21, 2014, throughCapitol Nashville.^[1] Little Big Town co-wrote eight of the album's thirteen tracks.^[2][3] Pain Killer was produced by Jay Joyce.^[4]
